Heal Yourself, Heal the World: How to Raise Your Frequency

Most of us are oblivious to it, but we all emit a frequency that reflects our inner state of being. This frequency is influenced by our emotions, thoughts, and overall well-being. Heavier emotions like anger, bitterness, or grief lower our frequency, while lighter emotions like love, gratitude, and peace raise it. Understanding and maintaining a higher frequency can lead to a more fulfilling and harmonious life. In this blog post, we’ll explore the importance of maintaining a higher frequency and provide strategies to help you achieve it.

The Importance of Frequency:

Your frequency is like a signal you broadcast to the world. It affects how you experience life and how others perceive and interact with you. When your frequency is high, you attract positive experiences and relationships. Conversely, a low frequency can draw in negativity and conflict.

Strategies to Raise Your Frequency:

  1. Engage in Shadow Work:
    • Shadow work involves exploring the parts of yourself that you usually hide or ignore. This can help you understand and heal past traumas and negative patterns. Techniques include journaling, meditation, and therapy.
  2. Heal Past Trauma:
    • Addressing and healing past traumas can significantly raise your frequency. Depending on the nature of the past trauma you have experienced, you may want to consider seeking professional help, such as psychotherapy or somatic experiencing, to process and release old wounds.
  3. Manage Your Emotions:
    • Practice mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques. Meditation, breathwork, and simply taking a moment to pause and reflect can help you manage your emotions more effectively.
  4. Cultivate Gratitude:
    • Start a gratitude journal and write down three things you’re grateful for each day. This practice shifts your focus from what’s lacking to what’s abundant, raising your frequency.
  5. Prioritize Self-Care:
    • Engage in activities that nurture your body, mind, and soul. This could include yoga, exercise, reading, or spending time in nature. Taking care of yourself helps maintain a high frequency.
  6. Surround Yourself with Positivity:
    • Be mindful of the company you keep and the environments you spend time in. Surround yourself with positive, uplifting people and places to help maintain a high frequency.

Healing work is an ongoing process. While that is true, it won’t be as intensive and involved as when you initially begin. Once you gain awareness of what is at the root of many of your own personal triggers, behaviors, and challenges, you will be able to process and release things faster. Raising your frequency involves making conscious choices every day. By focusing on love, gratitude, and healing, you can enhance your own life and positively impact those around you. Remember, like attracts like; so the higher your frequency, the more positivity and harmony you attract into your life.

By following these steps, you can begin to shift your state of being, raise your frequency, and create a more fulfilling, positive life.
